Lease rates in top 5 markets are expected to remain stable through 2017 with lots of new inventory becoming available in these markets. However, rates in Northern Virginia and Chicago may see some increases as they become closer to the rates of New York which will remain steady. Dallas leasing will be at a lowest rate in the top 5 markets as inventory will continue to build up over the next 2 years.
